Increasingly, authors have to talk about their books at festivals, in bookshops, and on radio in order to sell and publicise them. May 30: Kick on For Literacy (Melbourne)

Join Anita for another night of fabulousness as she and Graeme Simsion return to debate Shelley Ware and David Lawrence. This year's topic: The locker-room is sexier than the library! The event will be at Queens College, Melbourne University and there'll be a quest performance by Archie Roach. All proceeds raised on the night go to the Indigenous Literacy Foundation.
